When you have made your decision, we will email you to confirm your order.

Shipping:
Body Escentials ships to Canada, The Continental United States and Hawaii, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
Shipping is available via postal services or courier. The cost for shipping will be determined by the shipping method you choose and will be added to your invoice.
For rush orders, all 'overnight' courier services are efficient, please let us know if you have a preference. 
The cost of shipping your order will be determined by the weight after packaging and listed seperately on your invoice. Orders will not be sent until payment in full is received for the cost of the order and the shipping.

Payment and Shipping Information:

All prices on our website are in Canadian Dollars. Body Escentials accepts payment through Paypal, allowing you to use your Visa, Master Card or Debit.
We will confirm your order as soon as your payment is received and will also contact you when we ship your order to you. Body Escentials is not responsible for any customs duties, brokerage fees or taxes that may be charged to your order. 
 

Return Policy:
Due to the nature of our products, Body Escentials does not accept returns on any of our products. All sales are final. Thank you for your understanding. We recommend you try our sample package before committing to a larger size to make sure you like the product and fragrance. The sample package contains six (6) 1/4 ounce mini pots of lotion - the best part - you choose the six fragrances you would like to try.

Privacy Policy:
Information submitted through Body Escentials' website is never shared with or sold to any third parties. The information our customers submit is solely used to process orders.  We value your trust in us and are committed to maintaining your privacy.

All of our products are cosmetic grade and are safe for use on the skin but if any skin irritation occurs, please discontinue use immediately.  Body Escentials does not accept responsibility for any allergic reaction or misuse of our products. Please note that scents containing cinnamon may cause reactions for people with sensitive skin. Body Escentials' products have not been evaluated the Food and Drug Administration and are not approved to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease and are for external use only.
